or refresh them at your new home. We will coordinate all carrier
orders, secure due dates,
and make sure that no stone is left unturned. We will solicit competitive
bids for cabling and infra-
structure as well as system move and reinstallation. We will manage
the chosen vendors for you
and be there at the cutover and first days in service as necessary.
We've found that during relocations, our clients' staffs can find
lots to do and worry about. At a
recent call center move in late Feb. 1999, there were some
unforeseen IS challenges that required
the entire weekend to resolve. The IS staff was very relieved that
they didn't need to worry about
the voice systems. We've had hundreds of similar experiences over
the years.
